Just finished reading the book!
So many new information.
This is the 5th day that I am on this diet(-2kg already)!!!
The goal is -7 to -8 kg.
I started with the information that a friend gave me about it.
But the book is sooo much better with lots of details and -very important!- recipes.
Easy to follow and with immediate results so far.
Let's see how easy will be to continue staying on it..
(But I will be optimistic and maybe a month from now I will post photos of me in a bikini!!) ;)
